Villa Hvit is located in a quiet corner of the city and has a great view of the square from the yard façade. The rear façade, on the other hand, faces a multistory house, so there is not a single window in the .
The client had special wishes: that the house should not be seen from the neighboring buildings, that it should be quiet inside, that the service personnel should have a separate entrance and not have an intersection with the house owners. Also, great attention should be paid to the safety of children in the house. We learned all of this during the design process.

The layout of the house is designed to create a cozy patio from the side of the park, which will be separated from the environmental development. The swimming pool located on this patio also serves as a landscaping element, as it is viewed from the living room of the house.
The facades of the house are made of white clinker brick with glossy surface. This atypical decision gives the house a unique view and fits perfectly into the existing buildings, saying to all surrounding houses “I'm not with you, I have my own way”. The first floor is partially finished in thermally stabilized ash. The texture of the material is so pleasant that you want to touch it as you walk past.
